Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:


At Anira, we do not offer refunds o returns, although we do facilitate exchanges for wrong and damaged items that are do not meet your expectations within 24 hours of receiving them. 


Eligibility for Exchange: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 


Initiating an Exchange: Contact us at Hello@anira.co.in to start the exchange process. Returns will need to be sent to the address provided via email. Items sent back without requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 


Exchange Confirmation: If the exchanged item is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent, and the replacement will be dispatched to the address provided.


Customer Responsibilities: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and non-refundable taxes in the event of an exchange unless the fault lies with Anira. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item fails our quality check, is worn, or mishandled.

Warranty:


The Anira warranty covers only product plating issues and no other form of damage or product issue. For better understanding, the issues covered by warranty are as follow:

  • Change in product colour
  • Significant loss of shine in product colour
  • Blackening of product


How does the warranty work?


If any of the products that you have bought from our website have plating issues, you can claim the warranty. The warranty starts from the date the tracking is marked as delivered. If a claim needs to be filed, it must be done within 60 days of this date. If your claim is approved, and the Eligible Product(s) is in stock, a fresh product shall be shipped to the address specified on the original order. In case your claim is approved, and the Eligible Product(s) is out of stock, the customer service team may offer store credit or an exchange, at their discretion.To be eligible to claim warranty, you must:


  • Have purchased a product(s) from our website 
  • Have a registered account on the Platform
  • Initiate the warranty request within 60 days from the date of delivery of the Eligible Product(s) as confirmed by the logistics partner
  • Return the Eligible Product(s) with its original packaging
  • Follow all care instructions during the usage period
  • Warranty claim is also subject to product being used within the scope of jewellery care instructions- any mishandling or deliberate exposure to water, perfumes, and any other chemicals might result in the claim not being entertained.


In case your claim is rejected, the Eligible Product(s) shall be returned to you on payment of two-way shipping cost. In case the packaging material is missing, the Company has a right to reject the claim outright.


How to claim the warranty?


Send us an email subjected as Warranty claim with the description of the product damage and images. Upon confirmation we will initiate pickup and the items will undergo quality check and the status will be informed to you via email.


Cancellations, Adjustments, and Repairs:


Cancellations: We strive for timely order dispatch. Write us an email subjected Order cancellation at Hello@anira.co.in within 12 hours of purchasing to cancel a transaction. Shipped items cannot be canceled.


Adjustments: For incorrect sizes or ill-fitting jewellery, we offer adjustment and resizing services at an additional cost.


Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds:


Our general policy is No Refunds unless the fault lies with Anira (e.g., wrong item sent). Contact us at Hello@anira.co.in, and we will promptly address and resolve the issue. Thank you for choosing Anira - your everyday jewellery.
